Training - Part Four

For many members of the public, whether in Australia or elsewhere, especially members of the public without advanced training in law, economics and/or political coverups, legislation can often seem intimidating, in much the same way as the higher expressions of culture.

Perhaps you mainly associate training with employment.

That is an easy mistake to make.

If you have received training in hospitality, what did it include, and what did it exclude, and why?

When citizens become more knowledgeable about problematic situations, at least in fully functioning democracies, they are able to ask more pertinent questions of the people who are meant to be accountable to the public.

There is no point in providing empathy training for people incapable of acquiring empathy.

There is no point in providing etiquette training for people incapable of refraining from the consumption of mind-altering substances, regardless of whether or not those substances happen to be legal or otherwise at a particular time or place.

One of the most urgent legislative and artistic policy goals of the global Mozarty Party, apart from health, housing, care services and educational practices, is to transform the Australian Constitution into a sublimely singable libretto, or at least to ensure the constitution will be singable by persons properly trained and suitably talented for the purpose.

The libretto will be an opera seria.

Additionally, the Mozarty Party is only willing to provide properly trained, suitably talented candidates for the seating arrangements in both houses of the Parliament of Australia.

At present, the parliament itself is far too much like an opera buffa for civility to flourish.

What, for example, do you know about the defence policy of the LobbyRule Party of Australia?

What have been your philanthropic contributions to the International Training Centre for the Harmonious Interplay of Beauty, Understanding and Magnificence?

Most people, unfortunately, have priorities in conflict with the improvement of civility and democracy.

How have you assessed your own contributions to those worthy causes?

The Civility Party of Australia expects all its supporters, trainee members, advanced members and candidates to take personal responsibilities for all their own political communications, in accordance with the implied right in the Australian Constitution.

But how do you define political communication?

Why are there so few directly expressed rights defined in the Australian Constitution, and what have been the societal consequences?

Public interest journalism, from this part of the Internet, is brought to you with the philanthropic assistance of several courtesy experts, in association with the Adelaide Adagia News Ensemble and the International Training Centre for the Harmonious Interplay for Beauty, Understanding and Magnificence.

Suitably registered patrons of political pleasantness have access to many enlightening resources, primarily for the purpose of self-education.

Official supporters of the Civility Party of Australia often register as such patrons, as do official members of the party, including trainee members.

The official members of the global Mozarty Party do the same, but what of other people directly and indirectly involved in politics?

How do you distinguish between patronage of pleasantness and patronage of corruption?

How do you distinguish between political philanthropy, public administration and political corruption?

Any organisation or individual providing any form of training for a fee is unethical if knowingly taking money from people incapable of learning.

There have been many scandals in Australia in connection with such matters

How can you be sure your money is not associated with scandals?

How have you responded to the other three parts of this series?
