Consequences - Part Three

For shareholder-funded board members on bonus-based gravy trains, power is mainly associated with duping major shareholders into believing profits happen as a consequence of talent.

What are the consequences of funding greed?

Are you aware that greed is a consequence of emotional immaturity?

Immature persons, of any age, often fail to distinguish clearly enough between their own fantasies and the realities of life, even when fully conscious.  That may be a consequence of the stage and state of their brain development or it may be the result of a brain injury or it may be a consequence of developing inappropriate expectations through unhealthy cultural influences.

You are likely to be aware that many adults cannot be considered to be fully independent persons, though not in the same way as children.

Such adults include persons with severe, chronic physical and/or mental illnesses.

They include individuals with disabilities requiring ongoing support.

They include any person with a debilitating physical dependency on a drug and any associated codependent persons.

They include individuals experiencing dependent personality disorder, or any other personality disorder for that matter.

They include people with a negative net worth or few assets, whether through abuses perpetrated upon them and/or as a consequence of addictions to drugs, gambling, shopping or any other form of extravagance.

They also include people with a dependence on the excesses associated with crony capitalism.

What are the consequences of dependence, particularly when associated with finance?

Perhaps you enjoy learning about financial scandals and other scandals as long as you do not personally suffer as a consequence of them.

There is a considerable difference between political attitudes and political practices.  That tends to be a consequence of much hypocrisy in the world.

How much time, over recent weeks, months and years, have you devoted to thinking carefully about the causes and consequences of psychological trauma?

In Australia, and many other parts of the world, rudeness continues to be rife.  Bias is rife.  The consequential psychological trauma is rife.

Urgent policy matters are ignored.  Cronyism is rife.  Corporate welfare is rife.

The entrenched poverty of vulnerable people continues to be rife, as does victim blaming.

But does the public care?

What is the public?

Is it a synergy of individuals?

Do you have evidence in relation to your answers?

What is your philosophy in relation to civility, and what are the consequences of it?
